Originally from a small farm in Illinois, Tyce has worn many different academic hats throughout his journey as a life-long scholar. He studied environmental science and philosophy at Stetson University, where he was active in several environmental organizations. Tyce recently completed his Masters in Community and Regional Planning at the University of Oregon. He has over a decade of tutoring experience with students from around the world. He has taught test preparation for the SAT, ACT, GRE, and many others. Tyce meets each of his students where they are at; no one size fits all approach from him! He is most passionate about helping students become better critical thinkers and problem-solvers. Tyce currently resides in Brooklyn where he rides his bicycle as much as he can, searching for the best cups of coffee the city has to offer.
