Natalie Halsey graduated cum laude from Dartmouth, where her thesis on Vietnamese actors in 1930s French cinema earned high honors and support from two Leslie Center for the Humanities fellowships. She was named a Rufus Choate Scholar, received the John P. Wolfenden Prize, and served as editor of the Dartmouth Jack o’Lantern comedy magazine, producing multiple print issues and online pieces.

Natalie has extensive tutoring experience, having taught writing through Dartmouth’s satire publication, French through the Department of French and Italian, and both writing and French during high school. She was an AP Scholar with Honor with 5s in English Language, French, and BC Calculus.

As a tutor, Natalie blends her background in storytelling and comedy writing to help students build confidence, clarity, and strong analytical skills. She grew up between Massachusetts, France, and Taiwan, and enjoys comics, language learning, and plein air painting.
