ArborBridge (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the www.arborbridge.com and www.testprep.arborbridge.com websites (the “Site”) in connection with providing you with premier private tutoring services (the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Site and Services.
We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
By using the Site and the Services, you agree to the collection and use of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Information Collection and Use
While using our Site and Services, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you or to provide you with the Services you request. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, personal identifiers (your name, email address, phone number, and postal address), protected classification information (gender, race, and national origin), purchase history, and information regarding academic profiles and accommodations (“Personal Information”).
We collect this information for the purpose of providing you the Services, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your requests/inquiries, servicing your purchase orders, and improving our Services.
We also provide lesson summaries to internal client managers, parents, and students. Students may request that we do not disclose certain aspects of the session in the lesson summaries, and we will honor that request, except in instances of concern for the student’s physical, emotional, or psychological well-being.
In addition, we may share information about student performance, hours, and lessons with certain appropriate third parties, such as external independent college counselors, school contacts, and psychologists, that are also working with that student during the college process. You may request at any time that we do not make such disclosures.
You may also choose to voluntarily provide us with additional documents, including IEPs and neuropsychological evaluations that, unless specifically requested to not be recorded, may be stored on our proprietary software system for use in providing you the Services.
Finally, we may send your contact information to the third party client relationship management software that we use for oversight and communication with you.

Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may be entitled to certain rights regarding your Personal Information. Such rights may include:

Consent for Recording/Transcription and Use of AI
In using the Site and Services, you may be asked to allow for the recording and transcription of lessons initiated by our employees. Students and parents may request that the lessons are not recorded.
Such lesson recordings and transcriptions may be used with AI features to automatically generate lesson summaries, progress reports, and assignment recommendations. If you have agreed to recording/transcription, you also agree that we may share the recording or transcript for internal feedback and evaluation processes. Students and parents may request that we share the recording with them.
For Parents of Children under the Age of 18:
For any user under the age of 18, we must have permission from such user’s parent or legal guardian before we collect or use any Personal Information of such user. We will need to verify the identity of anyone requesting information about a child to ensure that the person is, in fact, the child’s parent or legal guardian.
Log Data
We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, and the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this type of information in order to increase our Service’s functionality. These third party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.
