About

Brett is a dedicated educator with a strong background in physics, mathematics, and SAT/ACT prep. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he researched and tested theoretical causes of the observed high-energy Galactic Center HESS data using simulations of particle diffusion spectra, and he achieved his Master of Arts in Teaching Physics from Stony Brook University. With many years of experience teaching high school physics, chemistry, and mathematics to grades 7-12—in addition to teaching programming and robotics summer camps—Brett has honed his skills in both classroom instruction and one-on-one tutoring.

As a tutor, Brett excels at breaking down seemingly complex topics into simple, manageable steps. Through his comprehensive knowledge and patient approach, Brett ensures his students understand key concepts and develop the skills they need to excel academically. Brett firmly believes in the potential of every student to succeed and tailors his instruction to meet their individual needs and interests.

Outside of tutoring, Brett enjoys biking, skiing, and other outdoor adventures.
