About

Morris has a rich academic and educational background both as a researcher and as a tutor. At the University of California, Los Angeles, he conducted research studying triple-negative breast cancer and published his work multiple times in the International Journal of Proteomics. Throughout his tenure as a student and a researcher, Morris has always focused his energy on educating others. This passion for instruction has amounted to over a decade of teaching experience tutoring at the K-12, college, and even graduate school level. His focus is to help his students not only learn the subject they are having difficulties with but to also teach his students how to become self-sufficient and efficient learners.

These strengths are evident in Morris’s tutoring results. His AP Biology students regularly score within the 4 to 5 range. A recent SAT student moved from a 1200 to a 1420 on practice exams in under 30 hours of tutoring, while another moved from 1270 to 1560 on practice exams in under 10 hours of tutoring. Morris is also one of ArborBridge’s senior experts in ISEE tutoring and has helped dozens of young students gain admission to the schools of their choice.
